White Screen on Vex IQ (gen 2) Brain and no Download Functionality

The brain of my Vex robot seems to be not functioning i.e. it has a white screen and it has no download functionality. This began when I pressed the download button on my computer. This brain is near brand new. Inserting a new battery didn’t work and pressing both a

rrows didn’t work. I took apart the brain (and put it back together) and didn’t find any visible problems. If I hold the two arrows and click the check, the screen stays white as long as I hold down the check. Any help would be appreciated.

might I suggest contacting vex directly? you likely voided any warranty by taking it apart, but you can still ask them for help.

Are you able to see the brain when you connect a cable?

Trying to re- install the firmware may help
