Our brain for the robot is not getting the code downloaded. What are some ideas to help us fix it? We need this ASAP pls.

We already tried everything on that list and none of them worked. It turns out our coding program(Vex Pro, Vexcode V5, etc.) is a whole year outdated.

We tried to use a different brain, a different computer, and a different USB wire but none of them worked.

She is on my VEX over under competition team.

Our problem is that our school computers won’t let us update to the latest version of V5 Pro because we need admin permission. We have not gotten a response from our school IT person yet.
