Why won’t my robot turn farther than 33 degrees?

Our robot will not turn past 33 degrees for some reason. If we command it to turn for more than 33 degrees, then it will start wiggling left to right like it is telling us “no.” Why might this be and what can we do to fix this issue? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

post code. make sure you’ve checked that it isn’t a mechanical problem

It is most likely just a recalibration needed
