Will the RECF crown two world champions at 2021 worlds? or will the champions from morning division and afternoon division meet in the dome?(this is for LRT worlds)

As you may know, the RECF has two worlds divisions one morning and one afternoon. Will there be two world champions or will the champions from both divisions face each other in the overall world finals? If a team from afternoon division wins afternoon division but loses overall finals, will they still be world champions?

If you look at the schedule there will be a final-final.
