I can think of several other categories of students and spectators who may have valid reasons to be concerned for their safety in the great state of Texas: Asians, Muslims, Russian-speaking, etc. I am not trying to troll anybody; I am being dead serious. What is RECF doing to ensure their safety?

Good to know Austin Independent School District is supporting their students despite actions by Texas AG.
They should be fine you can only get in trouble for it if you were to attempt the surgery in texas, and I doubt anyone will try that.

Hey since this popped up from March. Did Roboteers and Mentors feel safe?
I had one student have an incident of a random student coming up to them asking “are you gay?” and running off. It made them feel uncomfortable. Other than that, positive vibes - the focus was on having a blast at Worlds - which I think the team all had.
This was VRC Middle School portion of Worlds.
