My team recently went to the California state championships and got first place in programming skills, which qualifies us for worlds. Are we eligible to compete in the programming skills at worlds? I really hope that we can be part of that. 
Any team registered for the VEX Robotics World Championship in the VRC High School or Middle School tournaments, or in VEX U, may participate in the skills challenges.
