Less than 24 hours to go…
Anybody getting excited???
We leave after school today. Should be in Dallas by 8:00. Hope to see a lot of teams at the Hyatt tonight.
We’ll be at the Hyatt around 6:30-7:00 (if thunderstorms don’t delay our flight).
Even though I’m not on a team, I’m really excited to be going and I can’t wait to get there! I should be at the Hyatt around 11:00am tomorrow.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the robots up close and meeting some of the teams.
Just got all my stuff including bot, into a rubbermaid 18 gallon tub. Thats not very big so I’m impressed that i pulled it off with very little dis assembly. See you all tomorrow! 
Our team is absolutely crushed that they will not have the opportunity to go to Dallas now. The entire team is made up of seniors, so this was their last chance to do something in robotics before graduating. Many had put in countless hours these past few weeks in rebuilding and tweaking the robot to make it ready for competition against the best teams in the world. Now we a relagated to watching on the web cast.
Good luck to the remaining teams attending. We will be with you in mind and spirit.

I’m really sorry that your team won’t be going to Dallas. I can’t imagine how disappointed they must be. I was really looking forward to seeing “Slagathor”, especially after all of the changes they made to it. It’s really a shame that a lot of teams won’t be able to participate this year because of the recent outbreak of swine flu.
If I see the swine flu, I’ll be sure to give it a swift kick in the jaw for killing your season like this. Sorry guys, I’m a senior and I’d be pretty upset too.
