This was a few days ago. Since then we’ve improved a little and hope to score a few more points if we get another chance at a skills attempt.
As for the robot itself:
-It’s built for competition, very stable and hard to tip if jostled. (Of course this limits it in the skills competition, but it is better for 2v2)
-It’s built reliably/strongly: It won’t fail easily.
-Specializes in isolation zone, but could also work in the interaction zone.

If at all possible, you should try to make it up to auckland this weekend; we’d all like to see you guys and it’d give you a chance to talk to people (and them to you) about alliances. From what I’ve heard, most of the teams are planning to make their final decisions at Pinehurst.
Really sorry - there is no way we can get to Auckland this weekend! We do have a good robot and are an experienced team. We have been to the Worlds twice and have learnt that you need ‘enough’ speed, a solid, reliable robot and a variety of skills - we have all that. From our video you will see what we can do and we hope that the Auckland teams will consider us.
will you be coming up to auckland at all in the next week before the comp starts?

My schools B team are currently looking for an alliance and they are currently updating their competition bot if you’re interested
A competition being held in new zealand from the 11th to the 13th of october.
not a world champs as such but the winning teams get automatic qualification to the worlds and win a prize of 10,000NZD

the reason we are holding this comp is because of the Rugby World Cup.
venues are open and the opportunity is there so why not grab it? xP
We don’t usually have events like this (this is the only time I know of that we’ve held something like this)
However, I could be wrong
