Does the world’s divisional excellence award qualify you for worlds this year? Also would it qualify you for the state championship of your state?

The 2013 World Championship Excellence Award does not qualify a team for the 2014 World Championship. The overall Excellence Award winner at the 2013 World Championship does qualify for the 2014 World Championship. Neither of these award winners automatically qualify for their State/Regional Championship event.
