Hello! I’m headed to Worlds next week and am trying to plan for food during the long days at the convention center. I have some food allergies and am wondering what the options are on site and if there aren’t any reliable/safe options on site, if there will be time to venture out of the convention center to get food. Thank you
There are many restaurants at the convention center.
Thank you - that’s great to hear! I’m also hoping for specific information on whether or not the restaurants can accommodate food allergies or which restaurants are there so I can do my own research.
They have pizza.
And amazing root beer.
And many other assorted things, but the root beer is really good.
There are a lot of restaurants in Dallas, the past two years I have left the Convention Center for lunch and had plenty of time to eat and return. For dinner there is also an area called Deep Ellum about a mile and a half from the Convention Center that has a lot of great restaurants. Hope on Google and look up restaurants in Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum.
Just a warning though, last year all the stores in the KBHCC required a credit/debit/digital payment system, so cash wont work unless you did what I did, which was find a nice family who will take an equivalent of cash and pay with credit.
That’s going to be the same this year, I saw something about that on one of the Worlds sites.
