If you wouldn’t mind helping me with a passive tray slide out. I have tried to make one but it ended up being to heavy and also only extended a cube and a half.
drill out a pillow bearing to the size of a standoff, then put that on the tray. attach standoffs to a piece of metal that when the cube hits the piece of metal, it will bring the piece up with it, making the cube not fall out the back. you could then figure out something to act as a side rail

You can also put a standoff through a high strength shaft bearing and put lexan angles on it to make a slider tray but there is better ways to make a slider.
