2015-16 VEX Robotics Season Underway
The REC Foundation reports over 15,000 teams registered for the season and with the many state championship events coming in the next few months, this is the time to begin planning for 2016 VEX Worlds! Of course, we wish all of the VEX IQ Challenge, VEX Robotics Competition, and VEX U teams the very best and look forward to welcoming 1,000 teams to Louisville in April. If you qualify in the weeks ahead, this newsletter contains some important information you won’t want to miss!

If you qualify for VEX Worlds, please be sure to register and submit your entry fee as soon as possible at www.RobotEvents.com - http://www.robotevents.com ! VEX Worlds invitations do expire. Please visit VEX Worlds event pages for deadlines and specific rules.

VEX Worlds Team Party!
On Saturday night, April 23, following the conclusion of VEX Worlds, the REC Foundation will host a team party at Kentucky Kingdom, a stunning amusement park located just steps from the Kentucky Expo Center. Volunteers Needed for VEX Worlds!
It’s a great time of year to volunteer for 2016 VEX Worlds in Louisville, Kentucky, April 20-23, 2016. There are a number of positions available and new and experienced volunteers are needed to help with VEX IQ, VRC, and VEX U divisions. Volunteer opportunities include team check-in, inspection, queuing, refereeing, scorekeeping, field resetting, judging, and more.
