When can we expect this product?
From the website, we can see that the non-anti-static 4-in Mecanum Wheels are being discontinued. And I am expecting that the new ones will be in packs of (2) AS, instead of (4) non-AS, and the new ones will probably retail for around 70USD. I am hoping to see these in time for the V5RC 2025 “High Stakes”. Is this hoping for too much?
The anti-statics have been out here in the US for a while, and they’re already very popular. They do com in packs of 2, and their retail price is $28.99 USD.
If you are referring to SKU# 217-3644 & 217-3645, I don’t think these are allowed in V5RC. They are listed as PRO products. If I am wrong in my understanding, please update me.
I’m fairly certain that you are thinking of the antistatic omni wheels which are 2 for $28.99 US.
The OP is asking about mecanum wheels. Here is a pic of the discontinued version.
My bad, I misread mecanum as omni wheels. Yeah, in that case, I have no idea as I never have (and probably never will) used VEX mecanum wheels.
