I think @technik3k was suggesting how they could improve their already impressive cycle time.

When it gets late into the season, these are the things that will separate the good from the great.

Most likely, since there is still a lot of room left for optimizing this design.

As Cameron mentioned, the goal for this robot was to showcase an entirely different design approach. The robot clearly doesn’t have anywhere close to the fastest cycle time compared to some robots already revealed, but most of the time was spent lining up to cones or fixing misalignment of swing. The intake was definitely the bottleneck. I could see a 2DOF arm matching or exceeding the fastest rd4bs, and it has some obvious advantages in that case.

I saw it in RL and it is very fast.

What are the dimensions for your mobile goal lift? Have you ever thought about using a horizontal claw instead of having it vertically?
