Might not be as robust but you could also screw joint each sprocket of the rubber band roller as far apart as you need.
I shave 27 teech, only save 9t.
You can use 24in shaft or can use 12t metal gear to make a long shaft.
M-0 guy here. Thanks for the fantastic iteration. I hope that we see more teams releasing summer CAD files for new builders to practice recreating and building early in the season. I appreciate the great struts, the wall rollers, and the pneumatics as well. This has some High Quality design aspects. I commend you for your work and hope that this inspired many newer teams to reach competency more quickly.

I use a latex tubing to retract the intake and unfold it when the chassis moves.

Yes, We use a multi-color 3D printer to create license plates.
With the update to the game manual in October, when the wings are activated and you are plowing tri-balls, wouldn’t the 90 degree corner formed between the intake the the side of the wings be in violation of SG7, when possession can be defined as when the robot turns, the tri-ball’s movement is controlled along with it. We have a similar intake and are wondering if we it is legal
