Hello. I am attempting to connect the ai_vision_sensor to Vexcode. I am a Vex v5 user. Unfortunately, it is not working. The computer that I am currently using is a Mac Mini. Here is a hardware overview of my computer, generated by the system_profiler SPHardwareDataType command:
Hardware Overview:
Model Name: Mac mini
Model Identifier: Mac16,10
Model Number: Z1CG00018LL/A
Chip: Apple M4
Total Number of Cores: 10 (4 performance and 6 efficiency)
Memory: 24 GB
System Firmware Version: mBoot-18000.161.9
OS Loader Version: 11881.140.96.701.1
Serial Number (system): QQW3HC6FR2
Hardware UUID: 5CD4F044-F606-5B8B-BB5F-F73076BDC468
Provisioning UDID: 00008132-001E09E00153801C
Activation Lock Status: Disabled
When I run the system_profiler SPUSBDataType command, the computer clearly recognizes the camera as connected. Here is the output regarding the camera, that comes from running that command:
GPS Sensor:
Product ID: 0x0521
Vendor ID: 0x2888
Version: 1.01
Speed: Up to 480 Mb/s
Manufacturer: Vex Robotics, Inc
Location ID: 0x02120000 / 4
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): 100
Extra Operating Current (mA): 0
Interestingly, it seems to categorize it as a GPS sensor for some reason. When I log onto vexcode, I press “add device”, followed by “configure”, followed by “connect”. When I press connect, it displays a message that says, “no compatible devices found”. Changing code.vex.com’s permissions on the browser does not help. How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.
