Answered: High Hanging Height Definition

A robot is defined as high hanging if it’s touching the hanging bar of its own color and completely above the field perimeter. The field perimeter is defined as 11.60" high while the height up to the top of the bracket at the bottom of the hanging bar is defined as 11.579" high. Just confirming that this mean that you cannot touch the top of that bottom bracket while high hanging. In addition, this would also mean that you cannot touch the field perimeter on any other spot other than the 2 brackets on each side holding the 3 pieces together while high hanging as they are the top of the 11.60" high definition. Thanks for the clarification.

I’ve moved this thread to the official Q&A

You must be completely above the field perimeter without touching the perimeter to earn points for a High Hang.
