So the divorce with REC and VEX happened and I am still a little confused with the teams. I see a lot of people say that there is two different tournaments now with REC on one side and VEX on the other. But my friend is doing mall of America, but he does not know if it going to be VEX or REC. So, I have two questions and if you can answer both, that would be appreciated.
I would be patient. I do not believe real solid answers will be available for a month or two. I would not be quick to judge either organizations.
Event Partners still have to develop schedules, book venues, and eventually post events. So you will see Signature Events putting out updates of where they are in their process, they are also have similar questions you posed.
We do not know the whole story currently. Wait a few weeks. But imo, vex is safer option bcz recf needs to set up whole new comp in 18 days to be successful, but anything can change, so just follow the news and wait
