This popular thread, Catalogue of Drive Gearings , has options for 4" wheels and 200rpm carts. Your 350rpm should work, but will require 6 motors. If teams only have 4 motors for drivetrain, use a slower gearing.

Two things, that would be 333rpm, and (unless you add idler gears) the motor axle would be 2" from the wheel axle… which is problematic for 4" wheels.

ahh, yes. Thank you for your correction. We once used it on 3.25 inch wheels, which I guess is why it fit for us.
