Is it possible to block the opening of the goals or just hovering C channels etc over them legal? We are not entangling with the field or blocking opponents but if they try to score their pins/cups will not get scored

Provided your robot stays within size, complies with other rules, and does not entangle with the goal, I see no reason why this wouldn’t be allowed. I just double-checked the GM, and I see no rule prohibiting this interaction.
Yes but ONLY neutral goals as I understand. Blocking your allaince goal is pointless while blocking the other alliances goal can be a dq
That’s what I did too, but no matter how many times I read the GM I can’t find a reason for it to be illegal, but my gut is telling me it’s bannable because I remember a rule like blocking opponents access to game elements
