Are you allowed to bring devices like laptops or ipads to the team interview to show them the plan in a electronic format?
You question will be best answered if you study the Information about interviewing in the guide to judging (https://recf.org/documents/2023/06/guide-to-judging.pdf/). Take a look at pages 27-29 (section 6) regarding interviews and how they can/will be conducted.

I have found the answer in the guide to judging on page 29-4th bullet point (“It is the intent of the interview for judges to engage with students and
their robot and not with audio/visual aids such as presentations or displays.”
