My Batteries keep showing a flashing red then green dot on light 1. I don’t know what happened but the batteries are now trash and they are the only batteries that I have. How do I fix this and prevent it from happening?
Its likely an over-voltage error.

ive gone through the articles but I couldnt find it, its green then red in the first spot, and when I reset it or plug it in it just goes back to flashing.

I have looked into this but I dont have a computer on windows or mac, also the battery wont turn anything on, and when the flashing goes away if you press the status button it just starts flashing again.
get new batteries. they are like 5 bucks
