Can I use 60 and 36 gears on 2.75 wheels?

Im struggling with reconstructing a new drivetrain and our team is limited to 60 and 36 tooth gears on 2.75 inch wheels, will this work? Is there another alternative. Also does anyone have a good example of any 6 motor drive train using 2.75 inch wheels?

600 rpm direct (36:36) is pretty much the only one you can do.
