Can i use the virtual skills lab in recf

i am trying to practice using the virtual skills lab but i am registered in recf this year. can i still practice on the virtual skills lab without being registered for vex

No, because that is a VEX product meant for VEX teams. RECF and VEX are entirely separate competition ecosystems with two different (albeit very similar) games. You must also register to compete in V5RC, VIQRC, or VURC to gain access to these resources.

so even if i purchase the vex vr premium package i still cant practice on the virtual skills lab.

my bad, in that case you can. But idk why you would, because it is completely different from the competition ecosystem you are doing

You can if you purchase the package, but registered vex teams get it free with registration.
