Can you put a Camera on a Robot at a Competiton

I was thinking about putting a camera on our robot during a live match to record a video and post it. The camera I was thinking of getting is the DJI Action 4. The rule:
Small cameras are permitted as non-functional decorations, provided that any transmitting functions or
wireless communications are disabled. Unusually large cameras being used as ballast are not permitted.

I was wondering if it will work.

This will probably work. Dji cameras are amazing and small at the same time. It is also good to record for edits on youtube. I want to do something like this in case my robot fails so that I can slow the footage down and see what went wrong
