Looks like something changed with the new forum version. What used to happen was that I would submit a new reply on a topic and it would pop up at the bottom of the thread with a message saying “Awaiting approval”. Now when I click submit, I briefly get the “Awaiting approval” text but the content of my reply is nowhere to be seen. Additionally when I refresh the page, the “Awaiting approval” text goes away altogether. It looks like to see what posts I have waiting for approval, I have to go to this page buried in my profile: Profile - sazrocks - VEX Forum
Is there any way to get back the ability to see my own replies which are awaiting approval at the bottom of a thread?
Me too… Also it makes it harder to delete posts before they’re approved if there’s a typo.
This is a bug in the version of Discourse we upgraded to.
A bug report has been submitted and we’ll update the software again once it’s fixed.
The fix for this issue has been released and is ready to install. I will push the update late tonight or sometime this weekend. Downtime should be relatively quick when it rebuilds (2-3 minutes).

Thank you, I can now see pending replies. However, it seems I have lost the ability to delete pending replies before they are approved. When I click delete on a pending post I now get this error:
Ah, don’t worry - forum admins are the kindest people and will do that favor for you. I have lost the count of how many posts destined for scavenger hunt or dankest vex memes have disappeared without any trace and without the slightest effort on my part.
Discourse provided a fix for this, I just installed it. You should be able to delete pending posts, now.
