This one was a popular part in the old HEXBUG retail kits. If you’re able to find any of the kits in the linked post on the second-hand market, it should have this part.
The IQ Gen 2 Kit will also contain this part.
It’s part of the generation 2 educational kit, not available separately.
or if you already have electroncis:
Huge fan of this part. I’ve heard the drill about the cost for additional SKU, but would love to see this as it’s own item or bundled up with some other pieces. Suggestions for bundles are are

(* Would like to see 228-2500-xxxx 2x4x2 Double 45 Degree Beam, if your design team is looking for parts to make)
What about an 3d print option? What’s the best way to get an accurate STL for for this part?
Like VRC, 3D parts are not allowed in VIQ. But good out of the box thinking.
Here is the .stl file for 228-2500-246 1x4 crankarm with 23t Gear.
I found the CAD file from VEX and then used an online converter to convert it to an .stl file.
I printed a handful of them on a cheap 3d Printer. The finished product was not factory quality, but they turned out fine and perfectly usable as replacements in a Vex IQ classroom.
Thank you for sharing! I did find the parts library online and having been printing away!
