Yeah, they get that way if you use them for long enough or not correctly. My partner ended up somehow snapping a full size brand new dremel head in half somehow.
Did you see the video by Kepler Electronics in which Caiden was using a cut off wheel on an angle grinder as if it were a flap disc? That scared the heck out of me. If youâve been around metal shops like I have, youâd know how bad that can be. If you google search âcut off wheel accidentâ and go to images, you can see some disturbing gory images of accidents, particularly people with half a disc sticking out of their face.
Kinda off topic from dremels, but likewise, you should always use eye protection at the least with cut off wheels/discs.
Yeah, I know. It fricking scares me every time I use a dremel/bandsaw/automatic cutting implement.

during tower take over a few towers were not screwed together and we didnât get the redo as it wasât match affecting
It actually happened in our tournament today.
At time of 6:03:17, a goalpost came out. Since it was match affecting., the round was replayed.
Same, but they didnât reset. They once had to replay a match 6 times for some reason, so they didnât want to do it againđ

Well our robot is built to minimize friction, so not too much overheating, we did switch out the battery once though.
We also had our auton work every time besides the time that they kept the match.
Looks familiar. I wonder if the rules should be clarified for this situation?
Cursed Double Park:
Thatâs really neat, I bet that robots being able to double park consistently could possibly be an effective strategy against teams that are able to control a majority of mobile goals. This would especially be true if rings were also scored on alliance mobile goal branches.
