Honestly I’m less concerned as to how as I am to why? What made you feel the need to do this?
To answer the question from our relatively new forum member who might be genuinely trying to understand: that chassis is a tank drive with a fixed turning centre directly between the grip wheels. The omins are just passive castors to hold the robot up at the other end. When you have all omni wheels in a tank drive, the centre of turning isn’t kinematically constrained; it can be anywhere along the centreline of the vehicle depending entirely on changes of direction and hits. With this chassis, you can reliably yaw yourself with respect to a fixed spot to aim something (see also @Stellae_Luna earlier - the omni and grip pair would generally be driven together on each side). You can add a pair of passively rotating grip wheels either side of the chassis to enforce a turning centre in an otherwise omni tank drive if you consider that valuable. The wheels can be small. You’ll hear some seasoned students say that it’s not worth it. You’re on your own journey.

BROOO MY TEAM SAW THAT AT THE COMPETITION, one of our members as them a couple questions about it too. One of them was: “why aren’t you using omni wheels on the x drive?” And apparently they answered with: “you’re supposed to use omni wheels on an x drive?”
