I don’t have a picture right now, will later in the week, but I bent multiple c-channels while trying to take a piece off.
How? and why did you need to take a piece off THAT badly that you bent it?
I literally just pulled the piece off (I stupidly forgot to unscrew it) and ended up bending the c-channel in multiple places.
I had 30 minutes left to finish the bot, the guys weren’t there to build (They build, I don’t). I was running out of time.
I don’t have a picture but one time this kid dropped a table on a robot and the center channel broke in half

I don’t have an image but at our state tournament, our opponent in the finals match #2 pummeled their robot with a hammer to get it in the size limit.
That is a crime! There should be a law that states that your team is immediately DQ’d for any and all robot cruelty!
Okay. Seriously tho. WHY?! Who in their right mind would do that?
How about we add that law to all game manuals starting next year.
Also, the refs actually allowed them to do that? I mean, couldn’t that be a safety hazard because the robot dimensions were changed and components may not function the same as before?
Just an extra thought…
not as long as its metal… my friend did this right before tech closed were talking he finished at 9:59 tech closed at 10:00 if anyones seen Ford versus Ferrari it was just like that seen… for anyone who hasn’t watch this… FORD v FERRARI | "Happy Bill" Clip | 20th Century FOX - YouTube
