Or, the HS shafts are a millimeter or two shorter than normal shafts. You can put 2 bearings on inward facing c channels, and the shaft will free spin nicely provided itâs the right size.
HS shafts are 0.25â wide and vex square holes are only 0.182â so itâs necessary to drill a hole, unless you want to try hammering it
Great metal-saving idea as long as the shaft doesnât carry too much weight⌠which it probably does if youâre using HS. Anyway, letâs not get too off-topic.

Go for it then 
Just make sure the metal is clamped firmly to the press though. Metal has a tendency to catch when it is being drilled. At the high speeds of a drill press, a spinning c-channel could be VERY bad news for the operator or anyone else who is in the room.

This looks like turning point, not tower takeover⌠but regarding âsome of the rulesâ, Notes 1 and 2 of rule G12 (of the turning point game manual) make it pretty clear that âvigorous interactionsâ from the center platform would be expected, and damaged robots from such interactions would not be penalized. Based solely on this image, not knowing anything else about the match, it looks like normal âvigorous interactionsâ took place. Bummer for the damaged robot, but appears to be within the rules.
I am very confused, why are you using my image for this? Are the team that we are on top of because if so all this is legal and you are the ones who tried to flip us so that is on you. Also listen to @kmmohn who has explained the rules on why this is legal.
Or school normally uses rapid Wu receive but not always. However you get it cheaper on rapid
