I don’t get what this meme is supposed to mean.
Do you know what the game Among Us is? It’s about that.
It wouldn’t be funny if I had to explain it
Cant wait to kill bots and be stuck in wiring tasks
Alright now who fried the ports?
Coder: it wasn’t me, I was programming!
Builder: I was making VEXcalibur!
The one team member who doesnt do anything: coder sus!
You can’t just say something like that without pictures.
I’m still really sad I didn’t get any pictures of the Sword of Justice.
Clearly you weren’t active on r/vex for a very specific week about a year ago…
Introducing Vex Among Us
The goal of the game is too either complete random non-related tasks to fix the tournament management system, sabotage the team of nine people, or disable all robots on the opposing team. . The game is played on a 48 ft by 48 ft field with 8 ft high walls around it. Ten robots participate in one match. The robots must be controlled using a V5 Vision sensor and a live feed to the controller.
Vex Among Us is played by two teams, the crew and the impostor. While the crew tries to complete tasks, the impostor can disable robots within range, and cause other ship malfunctions.
The Crew:
The goal of the crew is to fix the tournament management system. They accomplish this by completing tasks such as:
- turning it off and on again
- staring at the computer screen for 10 seconds
- adjusting the projector
- connecting to Vex via
- Printing out the match list
- ect
The Impostor:
The goal of the impostor is to prevent the Crew from fixing the tournament management system. The impostor can:
- sabotage essential subsystems that allow tournament manager to function.
- disabling robots within a 1 tile radius (this can happen once every 30 seconds)
Meetings
Meetings can be called by any person on the field because, they see a disabled robot, or they find out who the impostor is. At the end of each meeting, there is a voting time where everyone can vote to disable one robot. Each Robot can only call a meeting not about a disabled robot once. Meetings are also used to discuss any suspicious activity.
Should the impostor be voted out, the crew automatically wins the game. If the impostor fools the crew long enough that they vote out each other and disables enough robots the impostor wins. Also, if a system that was sabotaged by the impostor is not fixed, the crew losses.
We hope that you enjoy playing vex among us
Okay, but why does this sound fun
(Even though it’s not possible)
Bro! I didn’t disable him! He just disconnected!
“I swear his vexnet key is unplugged. LOOK AT IT! It couldn’t have been me, I was parking on the center platform for my task in turning point. You have to believe me!”
NGL clawbot team kinda sus.

There is a sister team that uses a clawbot, they have used it 2 years in a row now and they have experience. They also get to go to state again because of luck.
Emotional state at a robotics tournament be like:

When I log into vex forum and the first thing I see is @RoboJoe’s meme
