The forum is out of hand with regulars abusing power (I know, hippocrate, but I’ve only flagged two posts ever)
I think we need a TL4 that is accessible to those worthy, and a TL5 for mods and stuff

a membership time requirement ex: u gotta be a verified member for at least half a year etc (active for a majority of that time realizing that not everyone will be on all the time etc)
