As there are 4 divisions in MS and 8 divisions in HS, compared to 2 and 6 last year, does anyone know what the 4 new divisions might be named?

No idea, ms goes with opportunity and spirit, so I dont know how they would expand on that.
Hs goes with subjects, so those might be semi-predictable
If thats the case then I am expecting the next two division names to be curiosity and discovery, as opportunity and spirit are rover/rocket names.
In regards to high school, we have Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics. So I am guessing along the lines of Robotics and Architecture, but I’m not sure as theres a lottt of different classes that exist within STEM.

HAMSTERS sounds very nice, but the first letter must be unique, and division name must be a discipline that high schoolers can study.
For 8 high school divisions I propose:
Science
Technology
Engineering
Math
Programming
Ufology
Neurobiology
Knitting
Then they could add back Arts for the ninth division next year.
For the middle school divisions, I like Connor’s outer space themed idea but, I afraid, RECF may have already chosen these names:
Discovery
Research
Opportunity
Watergames
Finally, VEXU always had Design and Innovate divisions, but my internal sources told me that this year they will go with
Evaluate
Study
Design
To honor the challenges most of the teams face.

Ah yes, the dreaded ESD.
That’s why people have been losing ports!
They spend too much time evaluating, studying, and designing! I dont suffer esd issues because I just clap things together and hope for the best.

Actually, not really. Each team has a giant banner over their station, with a letter corresponding to their division (I.E. M for Math, A for Arts, etc.) The Science division has been represented as SC, to not confuse with the Spirit division (SP) of Middle School. That would still be present through the new Discovery and Design divisions proposed, hence why hamsters.
Otherwise, your post is 100% accurate and will happen.
