Looking to borrow a field with Push Back elements for Worlds. Could probably get away with a quarter field, just to run some autos.

Be aware that teams are not allowed to bring their own field into the venue.

is it possible to make a part of the field in the hotel or no

That would depend on hotel policy, I have no idea.

We have done small things in our hotels in the past, but be very mindful that VEX robots are LOUD. And air compressors are louder. So you may want to stick to common areas and before 10pm instead of in your actual room.

Are there any rooms in the lobby we could possibly rent, like we could have a common room where someone sets up a field there?

That would depend on your hotel. I would call and ask them.

To add to the input of @74100dEli all of which is very sound btw, I would inqure about ‘conference rooms’ or ‘multi-functional spaces’ with the hotel as that would most likely be the space fit for purpose of a field!

Alternate take—you really, really don’t need one. Plenty of time for practice fields during the day. Let the kids reset each night.
