Driver switch for skills

I’m aware that driver switch has been reinforced for LRT and in person tournament. Does the rule say we need 2 drivers for the skills match?

<RSC1> Standard rules apply in most cases. All rules and scoring from previous sections apply to Skills Matches, unless otherwise specified.

Since there is no rule that specifically excludes G8 from driving skills, it still applies.
