Finalist & Winners announced?

I can only find information on the REC website regarding public voting, and that it closes on Jan 26. However, I cannot find any information anywhere stating when the Finalists will be announced, and when the Winners will be announced. Sorry if I’m overlooking something obvious. Can you reply here about the dates when Finalists and Winners will be announced?

Finalists will be announced on February 16, 2018 at 6:00PM Central. Winners will be announced on March 1, 2018 at 6:00PM Central.
