Can I use Loctite to fix a crack in my intake plexiglass? Or some other glue should be used?
Will it back to original strength or am I better off cutting a brand new piece?

You should probably cut a new piece because the glue won’t maintain the same structural integrity
I would recommend looking at Rule<R16> in the game manual
No, do not do this. Never use Loctite on polycarbonate (even on bolts in the polycarbonate), as it dissolves the plastic and makes it unusably brittle. I wouldn’t recommend glue either as it will not be as strong as the original, which will be especially important for something like an intake that will get hit quite frequently. I think glue is illegal as well, although I’m not sure.
Alright - will cut a new piece
Every time someone says plexiglass when they’re actually using something legal, a crowd of people spread across the planet have to reach individual decisions about whether to be the one who reminds them that plexiglass isn’t legal.
Why does everyone say plexiglass, I did it myself at one point and IDK why because I knew what plexiglass was and that it wasn’t that
People naturally tend to generalize confidently when they don’t know or don’t want to hear that there could be a confounding factor. It takes specific effort to avoid doing it. Now you know that you’re capable of doing it, and have taken the courageous step of owning up to it, you can be comfortable with looking out for it happening again. It’s really important in science and engineering, and life in general where things can be complicated and obscure.
