If you’re talking about the page-flipping mechanism, that’s just heyzine.com (as seen in the url of the link you posted).
If you are asking about the creation of the original notebook pdf (heyzine.com converts an uploaded pdf to magazine format), that looks like it could be done in any of a plethora of pdf editing softwares or even something like google slides with a modified aspect ratio. If you are set on finding the exact software they used, you’ll have to wait for a response directly from them
…but what matters is you can achieve a polished notebook look like the one Gremlin has in just about any relevant software if you put some love into it and don’t forget to be creative.
It is “cool”. as a judje i detest it. when your doing a 30min grading of the notebook similar to the worlds format its fine. when youre doing a 10min look through like most local competitions it is just a hassel. ive graded a couple of these, not gremilins speciically but notebooks who also use similar softwares, and when that time goes of and i need to go to the next team i almost always feel like that there were points left on thetable because i just couldent get to the secionts that mattered the most to get a good idea of how the EDP was applied by the team. and i almost always dock them on usability and or readability. because its not. its really not.
