I was planning on trying to get a GPS sensor and 2 AI vision sensors. We had trouble doing that though. I want to give my programmers the tools to get the best auton. I was thinking odometery wheels and some distance sensors. Heed some help on what gadgets a programming team would want also please note I am a build/design member not a programmer
Personally I would choose the odometery over the gps sensors as it provides more precise data on where you are and it provides a better learning opportunity . I would also add rotation sensors if you are using a claw, plunger etc. if you are using an intake then it wouldn’t matter.
