How bad are rollers that are 84t gears

I was wondering how bad 84t’s are for rollers because the sprockets are sold out and currently they are my only decent option

as rubber band rollers? shouldn’t be much different other than in diameter

yeah band rollers(20 char)

you can shave down the teeth and then screw spacers onto them to mount the elastics, theyre a solid option

I don’t have anything to shave them rn

We found on gears the rubber bands would regularly move positions on the gear itself when testing, if you were to use them, definitely consider adding screws for the bands to hook onto.

They work just fine. We couldn’t use a 30 tooth sprocket as it would be too tall, but the 84 tooth gear is a bit small it works just fine. Our top roller is the 84 tooth gear.
