How can I fix my dr4b? The gear doesn’t appear to be catching the teeth, and I’ve already added supports on both sides
The gears are skipping because the axle is flexing. Remove that thin axle and replace it with the High Strength axle. Also use the HS pinion gear. It will spread across the green gears a bit more. That extra surface area will increase tooth contact between the green gears and the steel gear. That will also prevent skipping.

You can just use a power drill with a step drill bit or an appropriate drill bit to enlarge the holes. Also try to make sure to enlarge from the middle so its low on friction.
You have to drill a bigger hole than is already in the C-channel
The C-channel holes are obviously not wide enough for a hs shaft to fit through it so you’ll have to widen the holes. This is pretty easy it just requires you to drill out the holes a little wider. If you don’t have access to a drill or the right bits you can use a smaller file to slowly widen the holes (though this is really painstaking)
Definitely worth it though, as @signacio is right the gears shouldn’t skip anymore when using hs-shafts.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a power drill. Instead, I resolved the issue by adding rubber bands to the arms. Thanks to everyone who helped!
Glad rubber bands are helping.
Another (admittedly janky) option is to zip tie around the motor and gear axles to keep them from flexing. Adds friction, but stops the skipping.
I hadn’t considered that as a possibility
