How do I use the HiTechnic NXT Color Sensor V2 for LEGO MINDSTORMS in ROBOTC?

Hey

I have no Idea how to use the HiTechnic NXT Color Sensor V2 for LEGO MINDSTORMS in the RGB mode in ROBOTC. Can someone help me?

Which sensor do I have to import and in which mode?

In the EV3 software it looks like this:

Thanks for your help.

Hmmm… This is a VEX forum. VEX is not LEGO. You might find somebody who can answer your question, but a better bet is to find a LEGO MINDSTORMS forum and ask there.

Well asked question, though.

@tfriez @jpalnick did you guys ever support 3rd party Lego sensors?

If this functionality did exist I would expect it to be

With the NXT, we supported just about every Mindsensors / HiTechnic sensor out there. That was so long ago the project is on Sourceforge…

I think the latest might be on GitHub though:

O wow I did not expect support was gonna be on different repo. Good thing I pinged Tim the enchanter.

@Leamitius you see they responded? Not sure if your still following thread.

I think the 3rd party drivers were added to the examples folder with the 4.x version of ROBOTC. It’s… been a while. Back when @tabor473 was a wee lad during his internship with me at CMU.
