Well I can absolutely help you with that.
My team uses Google Slides. We download the engineering notebook template from the Vex website and use that. We like Google Slides because it’s easy to use, can be accessed from any device, and is easy to share and collaborate on. I must admit we have never explored another template or system but that’s because we’ve never had to. The only issue we’ve had would be that Google Slides starts to get slow 50-60 slides in, so we have to create new slideshows to continue our notebook. It’s never bothered us and we’ll use it again this year as soon as Vex adds the new template for this year.
Google Slides is great! I was in charge of the notebook last year for my team, and we found that Slides was great because everyone can edit really easily at any time, making it a lot easier for us to ensure that everything was in the notebook and everyone was doing their parts
A tip if you need one: make sure to include lots of progress pictures or diagrams in your online notebook - they’re easy to put in on Slides, and they really help get the max amount of points in notebook marking (in my experience)
Wow thanks for all of the replies and vote. I guess I probably should just use google slides
we used Microsoft powerpoint in over under for our notebook and i don’t really recommend it as it was very frustrating at times.
Thanks for the advice
