They are roughly 15 inches based on the hero bot size

One method you could use is by getting the dimensions of the hero bot since we know the length of c-channels and stuff but that would be quite difficult to do. another method is to just assume that the goals have a similar height to the sides of the field. It doesn’t have to be millimeter accurate or anything so its probably ok to assume some things.
Discretion: I am assuming the measurements are in inches and not anything else
The Long Goals located on the sides of the field are 12.67 in. to the bottom lip
The Upper Center Goal is 8.01 in. to the bottom lip
The lower Center Goal is .5 in. to the bottom lip
