How to get started with Vex IQ in Vistual Studio Python code?

If you are completely new to programming the IQ generation 2 with Python, VEXcode may be a better place to start.

So we have used VEXcode and is familiar with that. But trying to learn to use to VS code. I did set it up for the most part. But as its our first time, we are sitll figuring out certain things out. For ex: how exactly do you download it to the brain. Is there a download button? I am not able to find that.
