the distance between your roller both front and back is too small. try making it wider. maybe use smaller sprockets and gear it up
the front roller should have flaps on every chain

The one at my back is fine, and I dont want to adjust that. I just need to add efficiency to the bottom ones
just use smaller sprockets and gear it up
don’t change the back ones if you deem it unnecessary
use gray 14 tooth sprockets for the front ones. space it out carefully. also, on your connecting chain use a 18t to drive a 12t sprocket.
if you’re afraid of it breaking use gears. 60t to 36t.
What color motors are You using could It work with red. also do you know how far apart your arms are
Greens, 200rpm. I’m sure reds would work but they’d be awfully slow. Greens have all the power you need for stacks of at least 11. Don’t know the distance we just played with spacers till we got a compression we were happy with.
