How to know that you have been selected from the wait list

How to know that you have been selected from the wait list. Will Vex send an email to me? or how to know that have we been approved to the event.

Robo events will send an e-mail, you will then have a very short window to get hotels and pay the registration fee.

Thank you for your information. I also have another question how can we know the deadline for the waitlist in this year?

I am not sure of that question, sorry. :cry:

Likely 2 weeks before worlds. However, once the event shows over 800 teams waitlist is probably over. Usually the have spots for 820 but if people stop and it’s over 800 it will be highly unlikely that they add more. We were in the last round of invites last year and we got our invite 4/2 I think, however worlds was about 10 days earlier.
