I’m creating a new DT 450 rpm 60:32 gear ratio as well
(ignoring the vicious crossbrace placement) would this be a good drivetrain?
I’m not in V5, but I think this is ok? I think yes, keep the 4 motor drive train. The crossbar is good too, don’t worry about it. I’m a three year vex veteran but don’t trust anything I say, I’m still a middle schooler

I wasn’t saying the one crossbar was fine I was saying you shouldn’t not have a crossbar. It’s fine tho 
The 2 gears with the 1 gear on the top so they are meshed together is bad and won’t work. I see that you are trying to do a 55w drivetrain, you need to gear up the 5.5 motor to 600 rpm to run with rest of motors. You could also move the motor in the frond backwards 2 gears and have more room.
Also you need 2 full length crossbraces and 1 non full length crossbrace so the drive doesn’t bend inwards.
how can i gear up the 5.5 motor to 600 rpm, is it with the cartridges?
problem is, i dont have a lot of space for crossbracing
The 5.5 motor is on a green cartridge and the 11w motor is on blue cartridge so you have to gear the 5.5 36-12
Those omni-wheels look dangerously close to rubbing on the C-channels.
ehhh no. Its just the cost of running the 5 hole wide drivetrain i am also running same width drivetrain sides, and its fine

Same difference, the mount is 5 wide but the gap is 3 wide
