I found this motor and wanted to use it, but it seems to be filed. Can I still use it? I looked in the manual, under motor allowed modifications, and “sanding”/“filing” wasn’t listed. None of the electronics are modified though.

Come on, lets apply a bit of G3 here. G4 is not concerned with students using an old bashed up motor from a previous season.
